Fabric warehouse on site
Cotton jersey, fleece, denim and outerwear fabrics are stocked in the factory warehouse, which keeps sampling and re-orders moving without long fabric lead times.
Sampling and private label
Send drawings, reference links or counter-samples. Sampling covers fit, fabric, printing, embroidery and private-label care labels, hangtags and packing.
Multi-stage quality control
Fabric inspection on receipt, inline sewing checks, full garment inspection after pressing, and final checks on care labels, hangtags and packing before dispatch.

Craftsmanship
From fabric inspection to export carton
The workflow is compiled from the client workshop photos: fabric inspection, cutting, sewing lines, pressing, inspection, labelling and packing.

Fabric sourcing & inspection
Fabrics are checked on receipt for composition and weight, then stored in the factory fabric warehouse.

Pattern & sample
Patterns are made from your sketches, tech packs or counter-samples and confirmed on a sample garment.

Spreading & cutting
Fabric is spread on long cutting tables and cut with an automatic spreader and cutter, then bundled by size.

Sewing lines
Lockstitch and overlock lines sew the garments in sequence, with reinforcement at stress points.

Inline checks
Measurements and stitching are checked mid-line so problems are corrected before finishing.

Pressing
Garments are press-shaped on heat-press equipment so the silhouette holds through packing.
07
Final inspection
Every garment is checked for size, seams, stains and colour before it leaves the line.

Labels & hangtags
Care and composition labels are sewn in and hangtags attached — private-label artwork welcome.

Folding & packing
Garments are folded, polybagged and packed to order, with export cartons for shipments.

Stock & dispatch
Finished cartons are registered into stock and handed to the forwarder against the booking.
OEM / ODM
Private-label production for your brand
OEM production follows your samples or tech packs. ODM development adapts the factory's existing fits and stocked fabrics. Either way, brands can customise fabric and weight, colours, printing, embroidery, care labels, hangtags and polybags.
Clients submit sketches, reference links or counter-samples with target quantities and budget; production starts after the sample is approved. MOQs, sampling lead times and bulk lead times are confirmed per programme.

Hunan Changde Lingyu Garment Co., Ltd.
Lingyu Garment is based in Changde, Hunan Province, and integrates fabric sourcing, pattern development, garment production, quality control and packing for men's and women's casual wear.
The factory runs a fabric warehouse, sewing lines and a finishing and packing workshop, with heat-press equipment and export carton packing visible in the client materials. Capacity and MOQ figures are pending client confirmation.
