Product overview
The heavyweight oversized tee is built on stocked cotton jersey, roughly 200–260 gsm depending on the style. The fabric is thick but breathable, with enough structure to hold the oversized silhouette through wear and washing.
Construction uses lockstitch and overlock seams with reinforcement at stress points, a double-needle hem, and a twin-needle collar that is pre-shrunk so it holds its shape. Garments are press-finished and fully inspected before packing.
Screen printing, DTG, embroidery and heat transfer are available, with private-label care labels, hangtags and polybag packing for brand programmes. Final fabric and trim specifications are confirmed on the order sheet.
